Many customers often encounter long production cycles when purchasing high gloss wooden boxes. Let me analyze the reasons based on my over twenty years of experience in production management.
Because our industry has a very clear seasonal nature, there are obvious high season and off-season. Usually, production is busy from January to April and from September to December. If customers place orders during these times, the production schedule in the workshop is full, so the delivery time will be longer, usually 50 days, it may extend to 70 days or even longer during peak seasons. If customers place orders from May to August, production can be arranged immediately, so the delivery time will be very fast, sometimes even 30 days can be delivered. Since established the factory in 2001, I have been facing the production problems of high season and off-season. It has always been a challenge for all factories to serve customers well during peak seasons. Therefore, I united with multiple factories because each factory has different peak and off-peak seasons. This way we can reduce the pressure on our own factory. Now we are like a factory alliance, able to flexibly arrange customer orders. This is more advantageous than relying solely on our own factory for production.
