A: Our founder established our first factory in Foshan, China, in 2001. With over 25 years of hands-on experience, we have developed extensive expertise in material selection, product development, woodworking, lacquer finishing, and quality control.
In 2023, our production operations moved to Guangzhou, while our company registration, sales team, and showroom remained in Foshan. Today, our Guangzhou production team focuses on manufacturing, while our Foshan team handles customer communication, product development, and international business.

A: We specialize in custom wooden boxes for jewelry, watches, luxury accessories, and premium gifts. Our products are developed according to each customer's design, brand identity, and functional requirements.

A: Yes. Factory visits can be arranged by appointment. Please contact us in advance so we can coordinate a suitable time and discuss your project requirements.

A: Yes. We develop custom boxes based on your drawings, reference images, samples, or initial ideas. If you do not have a complete design, we can also provide professional suggestions on structure, materials, finishes, and functionality.

A: Our material options include solid wood such as Sapele, black walnut, oak, birch, pine, and rubber wood. Depending on the design and budget, we also use MDF, MDF with real wood veneer, decorative wood-grain paper, and plywood.
We recommend materials according to the product's intended use, appearance, durability requirements, and target cost.

A: For a premium natural wood appearance, we often recommend solid wood such as Sapele or black walnut, depending on the design and budget.
If you prefer a smooth, solid-color lacquer finish, MDF can be a suitable option. MDF with real wood veneer offers the appearance of natural wood at a lower cost than solid wood, while decorative wood-grain paper is another cost-effective alternative.
The best choice depends on your design, intended use, and target price.

A: Yes. We offer several logo application methods, including screen printing, laser engraving, gold leaf, water transfer printing, and UV printing. The most suitable method depends on your logo, material, and desired finish.

A: We offer high-gloss lacquer, matte lacquer, and natural wood finishes. We can also develop custom colors based on your reference or approved color sample.
For high-gloss finishes, we typically use approximately 8–12 coating layers, including primer and topcoats, with sanding between layers and final polishing. Other finishes require different processes.

A: We can develop interiors using velvet, microfiber, and other suitable lining materials, depending on the product and design. We help you select the most appropriate option based on appearance, functionality, durability, and budget.

A: Yes. We offer different hardware options, including hinges, locks, magnetic closures, and push-button closures. We can recommend suitable options based on the box structure, design, functional requirements, and target budget.

A: Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design. For new customers or brands looking to test the market, we can also consider trial orders starting from 200 pieces, depending on the design, materials, and finishing requirements.
Smaller quantities may have a higher unit cost. Share your design and expected quantity with us, and we'll be happy to explore the most suitable solution for your project.

A: Yes. We can discuss sample development before mass production. For a small trial production order, feasibility and pricing depend on the design and manufacturing requirements. Smaller quantities generally have a higher unit cost.

A: We will do our best to recommend suitable materials and manufacturing solutions for your budget. Depending on your priorities, we may suggest alternatives in wood type, interior materials, finishing methods, or hardware while considering the required appearance and functionality.

A: Yes. We recommend developing and approving a sample before mass production, particularly for custom colors, structures, and finishes. The approved sample can then serve as a reference for production.

A: Sample costs depend on the design, materials, dimensions, and complexity. Sample development normally takes around 15 days, although the actual time may vary depending on the project.
Once we receive your requirements, we can confirm the sample cost and estimated completion time.

A: Yes. We provide professional design suggestions free of charge and can help refine your concept based on your requirements. This may include recommendations on construction, material selection, dimensions, hardware, and finishing options.

A: Mass production normally takes around 50–60 days after receiving the 30% deposit. The actual lead time depends on the order specifications, quantity, and production schedule.
We will confirm the estimated schedule for your project before the order is finalized.

A: We control quality throughout the production process, from incoming material inspection to final inspection before shipment.
Our key suppliers have worked with us for many years, helping us maintain stable material quality. During production, we check dimensions, construction, color, finish, and interior details against the customer's specifications. We also retain the approved sample as a reference for subsequent production batches.

A: We normally control wood moisture content at around 11–13%, depending on the wood species and seasonal conditions.
Wood is a natural material and may respond to changes in temperature and humidity. Proper material selection, moisture control, construction, and finishing all help improve dimensional stability. A fully painted surface can also help reduce moisture exchange.

A: We use multi-layer coating systems, with sanding and appropriate curing between layers. For high-gloss finishes, the surface is also polished to achieve a smooth, deep appearance.
Scratch resistance depends on the coating system, material, and intended use. Where greater resistance is required, we can discuss higher-performance coating options for your project.

A: We select coating materials according to the product requirements and applicable project specifications. After painting, we allow appropriate drying and curing time, with suitable ventilation, to help reduce residual odor before shipment.
If you require specific environmental or chemical compliance documentation, please let us know the applicable standard so we can confirm what documentation is available for the proposed materials and coatings.

A: We use protective packaging appropriate to the product and shipping requirements. Depending on the order, this may include individual non-woven bags, desiccants, individual corrugated boxes, custom cartons, EPE protection, protective film, and corner protectors.
The packaging method is selected according to the product's size, finish, and transportation requirements.

A: Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit to start production and the remaining 70% before shipment. The agreed terms will be specified in the proforma invoice.

A: We normally quote on an EXW basis. FOB quotations can also be provided upon request, depending on the shipment arrangements.

A: Yes. We can help you explore suitable shipping options. Shipping costs are quoted separately according to the destination, shipment details, and chosen method.

A: No. Our EXW prices do not include international shipping, import duties, or destination-country taxes. Import duties and taxes depend on the destination, product classification, and local regulations. Please confirm the applicable charges with your local customs authority or customs broker.
